At Inline Sales we work in a very structured way. An initial informal first meeting to capture basic expectations and the current status of the potential project takes place first which (depending on the outcome of that meeting) is then followed by a workshop lead by a senior manager from Operations. During this meeting we will elaborate a detailed plan and discuss a potential way forward. Next step is a proposal in which we suggest a solution linked to commercials. For new products / services we will start after acceptance of the proposal a 3 months validation phase. This phase is used to fine-tune the sales process.
